Guest lecture: Birger Magnus Board Work
The Department of Accounting, Auditing and Law invite employees to a guest lecture on board work with Birger Magnus.

Birger Magnus has broad experience with board work. Currently, he is chairman of NRK, ODA, Norsk Klimastiftelse and Holmenkollen Ski Festival, and member of several other boards. Previously, he has, been chairman of Storebrand, Hafslund and Statoil Fuel & Retail (now CircleK), to mention a few.
Magnus has a long career as a partner in McKinsey and was office manager in Norway. He then held management jobs in Schibsted, before he began full-time board work. Magnus also contributes to the NHH Executive Board Program at NHH.
The lecture is open to everyone, and is part of the course Corporate Governance and Management Control (RRR10).
