Krisztina Molnár's new project: STEP
Krisztina Molnár is leading the project STEP: Supporting Talent, Equity and Progress at NHH, which works to strengthen inclusion and career development at the institution.
The project has been awarded NOK 1 million to support Molnár’s work on STEP: Supporting Talent, Equity and Progress at NHH. The initiative focuses on improving inclusive communication, clarifying career development pathways and supporting better work–life balance at NHH. Its aim is to promote talent, equity and progress through structural and cultural change across the institution.
