The project has been awarded NOK 1 million to support the work of Bütikofer, Løken, Jensen, Ignatenko and Olsson. As part of the team, Olsson contributes to an initiative that addresses the underrepresentation of women and minorities in Economics, particularly in senior academic positions. The project examines how such imbalance can affect research quality and societal impact, given the role Economics plays in shaping policies related to welfare, labour markets and climate change.
