Research Assistant for a Lab-in-the-Field Study in Education

FAIR - Centre for Experimental Research on Fairness, Inequality and Rationality - is a Centre of Excellence (SFF) funded by the Norwegian Research Council. Its purpose is to conduct groundbreaking research on inequality and fairness. The centre consists of around 60 international researchers and Ph.D. candidates, with most of them located in Bergen.
Duration: 4 months (01.08.2024 - 30.11.2024)
Hours: 5-10 hours weekly (Approx. 40 hours monthly)
Compensation: Competitive hourly wage of 216 NOK

We're seeking
- Advanced Bachelor’s or Master's students at NHH.
- Fluency in Norwegian (native level) and proficiency in English.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Independent, self-directed working style.
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for engaging with external partners.
- Interest or experience in behavioral economics is advantageous; previous research assistant experience is also a plus.
