• 5 October: Applications open
• 1 November: Application deadline
• Late November: Selected applicants may be invited to an interview
• Mid to late January: Admission decisions are announced
• 5–7 days later: Deadline to accept or decline the offer
• Waiting list: Places that become available after the acceptance deadline may be offered to applicants on the waiting list.

• Who can apply?

  Who can apply?

  You can apply if you are:

  • An NHH bachelor's student: In your fifth or sixth semester
  • An NHH master's student: In your first semester of the Master in Economics and Business Administration

  You cannot apply if you:

  • Study MRR: Students in the Accounting and Auditing programme (MRR) are not eligible
  • Started in spring: Master's students starting their programme in the spring semester are not eligible
  • Apply to CEMS: You cannot apply to CEMS and the Double Degree programme at the same time

  Not currently an NHH student?

  The Double Degree Programme is open only to currently enrolled, eligible NHH students. If you are on leave from NHH, you cannot apply in this admission round.

  • GPA: Above C (minimum 3.1)
  • Study load: Normally 30 ECTS per semester
  • Partner requirements: Make sure you meet the study plan and course requirements for the programmes you apply for

  Master's students

  • Pass/fail courses: Maximum one in your first semester
  • Course requirement: The pass/fail course must be mandatory and offered only in the autumn semester

  Remember: Some partner universities have additional requirements.

  Do I need to provide documentation?

  • Application to NHH: No. You do not need to document your English proficiency
  • Application to partner university: Possibly. Some partner universities require documentation, and the type of documentation they accept varies

  • Interview: You may be invited to an online interview as part of the selection process

  Familiarise yourself with your preferred partner university and programme, and be prepared to talk about:

  • Your motivation: Why you want to join the Double Degree Programme
  • Your choices: Why you have chosen your preferred partner university and study programme
  • Your expectations: What you hope to gain academically and personally
  • Studying abroad: How you would approach studying and living in a new environment
  • Your role: How you would contribute as a Double Degree student and representative of NHH

  • Partner university: Your place may be subject to final approval or admission by the partner university
