Christer A. Flatøy holds a master's degree in Administration and Organizational Science from the University of Bergen and a PhD in Human Resources from the Norwegian School of Economics. He has broad research and teaching interests, but his primary focus is on organizational theory and HR. Previously, he has conducted research on topics such as journalists' professional identification and work-life balance, as well as interim managers’ work experiences and practices. Going forward, his focus will include how organizations are digitalised and how this digitalisation affects employees, in addition to how interim management impacts organizations.
