If the oil money stinks, we have to give away more

Since greenhouse gas emissions are not yet combated or taxed sufficiently globally, it can be argued that Norway is "overpaid" for its gas and oil. And thus causes emissions and profits from the fact that they are not fully paid for, Gunnar S. Eskeland writes.
