Is it okay that the state gets richer?

Gunnar S. Eskeland: The population's demand to get their share of the gains from higher power prices is both natural and healthy.

It is therefore not so unreasonable when the owners of the state - the Norwegian people - ask the state why it should suddenly have so much money. Does it suddenly have more good purposes, just because we (and some foreigners) pay more for electricity? Gunnar S. Eskeland asks.
