The Balanse project CHALLENGE invites faculty to a coaching workshop on organization wisdom. To be successful in an organization with regards to career goals, community building or leadership ambitions, one needs to take into account how the organization works, both formally and informally. The workshop will be a mix of minilectures and discussions.
