The project aims to organize research seminars across all departments where female faculty would present their research and get to know colleagues across departments.
After a successful First CIRCLE Workshop we are happy to welcome you to the Second Event in the Closing the Circle Project. This time, we will be showcasing research by young female faculty colleagues in the Department of Strategy and Management (SOL).
What's new in this second workshop? This event will also feature a panel discussion by experienced female faculty members of the Department. The members of the panel will share experiences from their career trajectories and engage with the audience about topics related to mentorship, managing a career portfolio etc. We hope that these conversations foster a nurturing culture of growth for all employees at NHH.
