Finans|Bergen directly connects the financial service industry in Bergen with finance faculty and students at the Norwegian School of Economics. Both member organizations as well as NHH researchers and students benefit from this. Finans|Bergen related events may help member institutions to implement new business strategies. For example, Robert Naess (Nordea) became inspired by a talk on diversity investing and followed-up by doing his own research. Shortly after, his results were featured by Bloomberg, Forbes Magazine, the Wall Street Journal and the Washington Post.
