The Center for Corporate Finance was formed in 2015 as part of NHH’s strategic effort to foster research excellence. It provides an arena to exchange and develop ideas for faculty members at NHH who are interested in corporate finance.

We invite colleagues and co-authors from all over the world to give seminars and discuss their research. We also arrange a biannual day-long workshop with invited top scholars.

CCF has a formal cooperation with the Center for Corporate Governance at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, USA, allowing our researchers to visit a US top finance department.  Several of our ongoing research projects are collaborative efforts between the two centers.
