NHH joins One Ocean Week 2025

When One Ocean Week sails in from April 5–11, NHH is, of course, participating. Dive into our events where several of our experts will share their knowledge.

April 8: Navigating the Green Transition

When: 13:30-16:00
Where: Kulturhuset

Ten years into the green transition, the road ahead has never been more complex. Political uncertainty, energy independence, environmental challenges, and public resistance are creating major barriers. How do we navigate forward?

Join us for an insightful event where experts from the public sector, academia, and business will share concrete strategies for collaboration, policy, and effective communication. This event is a collaboration between NHH and Vestland County.

April 9: Business and Human Rights in the Blue Economy

When: 08:30-11:30
Where: The sailing ship Statsraad Lehmkuhl

How are human rights, the UN Sustainable Development Goals, and ESG standards connected in ocean-based industries?

Best practices, industry initiatives, and the latest research on responsible business will be highlighted – in an event organized by NHH in collaboration with the Rafto Foundation.

At this event you will among others meet rector Øystein Thøgersen, Prof. Haiying Jia, Prof. Steffen Juranek and representatives from Rafto NHHS.
