WHAT PREVIOUS STUDENTS SAY ABOUT THE COURSE.
"I really enjoyed this course and how it was set up (…) I especially enjoyed the team talks discussions."
"Within this course I had the chance now to turn these theoretical skills into practice and to overcome my own culturally biased mindset to become more open towards other cultures."
"The course's emphasis on feedback as a vital component of leadership development strikes a deep chord with me."
"This course has helped me to reflect on my personal behavior during group works in international teams (...) From a personal perspective I would even say that the change in my behavior even took stress away from me as I learnt that I do not have to be in the lead position all the time."
