BIO
Gunnar Magne Økland holds an MBA (1984) and Master of Science (1987 and 1990) from Norwegian School of Economics.
He teaches in management consulting, organisation and management, and change management.
His research focuses on employee ownership, employee - organisation linkages (commitment and identification) and culture in organisations. Økland has been a management consultant since 1983 for public, private and volunteer organisations.
