Anna Mette Fuglseth is Professor at the Department of strategy and management, NHH Norwegian School of Economics. She holds a Dr. Oecon. degree and a Master of Science degree (Siviløkonom HAE) from NHH.
She has served as Dean of Doctoral Studies at NHH (2005 – 2011) and Director of the National Research School in Business Economics and Administration (2009 – 2011). As Dean, she was representing NHH at the Research & Doctoral Education Committee of CEMS – the global alliance in management education.
She was expert reviewer under the EU Commission’s IST FP5 Programme and expert in several evaluation panels under the Commission’s FP6 Programme.
Anna Mette Fuglseth’s research focuses on the potential of computerised information systems to improve managerial decision-making, individual and team learning – and organisational effectiveness.
Her current research interests include implementation of enterprise systems in business organisations with a particular emphasis on how the implementation is integrated with organisational innovation in order to create economic value.
Her research has appeared in journals such as Omega: The International Journal of Management Science, International Journal of Information Management, Computers in Human Behavior and The Journal of Socio-Economics.
