Christian Braathen: Why do companies easily outsource a string of tasks out of town, while they still force their own employees to be in their offices every day?
One of the biggest advantages with home offices is that one, to a larger degree, avoids the three major productivity thieves: rush hour, unnecessary meetings and leaders who are a bit too happy to be involved. In the office someone may easily ask you for two minutes, that drag on to be 30 minutes, Christian Braathen writes.
