Accreditations
Triple Crown
NHH is among approximately 125 business schools globally that are accredited by Equis, AACSB and MBA, known as Triple Crown accreditation.
EQUIS
European Quality Improvment System – EQUIS – is an international system of quality assessment, improvement and accreditation for higher education institutions in management and business administration. The fundamental objective is to raise the standard of management education. EQUIS facilitates standard setting, benchmarking, mutual learning, and the dissemination across borders of good practice.
NHH has been EQUIS accredited since in 2001, and this was renewed for an additional 5 years in 2021.
AACSB
AACSB is the longest-serving global accrediting body for business schools, and the largest business education network connecting learners, educators, and businesses worldwide. AACSB-accredited schools have successfully undergone a rigorous review process conducted by their peers in the business education community, ensuring that they have the resources, credentials, and commitment needed to provide students with a first-rate, future-focused business education.
Synonymous with the highest standards of quality, AACSB accreditation inspires new ways of thinking within business education globally. As a result, less than 6 percent of the world's schools offering business degree programs hold AACSB business accreditation. NHH received AACSB business accreditation in May 2022.
AMBA
The Association of MBAs (AMBA) is a global organisation founded in 1967 which focuses primarily on international business school accreditation and membership. AMBA is one of the three leading accreditations for business education.
NHH received AMBA accreditation in the autumn of 2020. The accreditation's focus is NHH's Executive MBA programme.
