    • Evaluate and interpret the dual nature of technology as a source of both opportunities and threats under conditions of high uncertainty.

    • Apply strategic analysis methods to assess external competitive environments and internal resources in the context of technology and innovation.
    • Analyze and discuss the impact of technology-related changes on firms and markets, considering both disruptive and competitive aspects.
    • Develop and justify strategic decisions and innovative business models to leverage opportunities and address threats in technology-intensive environments.
    • Adapt and implement strategic choices for effective organization and execution, with a focus on engagement, support, and ownership.
    • Critically assess and discuss the ethical implications of technology strategies and their impact on sustainability and society.
