BIO:

Rujuta Vaidya is  a 3^rd year PhD Research Scholar at the department of Strategy and Management at the Norwegian School of Economics.  She holds a MsC in Economics and Business Administration from Norwegian School of Economics and is a member of the Research Group called the Centre for Strategy, Organization and Performance (STOP). Her research explores the heterogeneity in firms’ human capital responses to crises and the effect of these responses on firm performance.
