Luca Braghieri is an Assistant Professor in the department of Decision Sciences at Bocconi University. He is also affiliated with CEPR, CESifo, IGIER (the Innocenzo Gasperini Insitute for Economic Research at Bocconi), and BELSS (the Bocconi Experimental Laboratory for the Social Sciences). 

His research focuses on applied microeconomics, behavioral economics, and political economy. His innovative use of experimental and empirical methods, including lab experiments, field experiments, and natural experiments, has, among others, significantly contributed to our understanding of social media's impact on mental health and the welfare effects of social media.
