Kristina Heinonen is Professor II at the Department of Strategy and Management and affiliated with the research center Digital Innovations for Sustainable Growth (DIG) at Norwegian School of Economics, Norway. She is also Professor of Service and Relationship Marketing at the Department of Marketing at Hanken School of Economics, Helsinki, Finland where she also serves as Head of Subject (marketing).
