Hot feelings can reshape companies’ risk management
`Emotional responses to crises can profoundly reshape a company's approach to risk management in several ways´, Associate Professor Anita Meidell says.
Anita Meidell focuses on research that emerges at the intersection of management control practices and topics such as sustainable development concerns, managing in uncertain environments. She has a particular focus on the relation between enterprise risk management practices and other management control practices. Anita is a research fellow in the Centre for Sustainable Business. She received her PhD degree from NHH in 2016. Prior to her PhD, she was partner in EY leading the Advisory practice in Bergen. She is also the academic director for the Executive MBA program with specialization in strategy and management and teaches also at the bachelor and master program at NHH. She has won the Students NHH Best teacher award in 2019.
