The arena is an important priority for the alliance, connecting the overall goal of addressing large societal challenges with each partner’s individual, institution-level infopreneurial ecosystem strategies.

In ENGAGE.EU, the collaboration arenas are defined as “open innovation spaces for knowledge-creating teams,” serving as collaborative arenas for researchers, students, business and industry representatives, and policymakers.

NHH Connect will actively seek external actors from the private and public sector, interdisciplinary perspectives, and real-life challenges to fuel and enrich its activities.

The mission of ENGAGE.EU is to empower a new generation of European citizens to act as socially engaged Europeans, equipped to tackle current and future challenges.

To this end, NHH Connect will create a pan-European network of open innovation arenas and the regional ecosystems they are embedded in, facilitating the systematic exchange of people, ideas, knowledge, and activities across Europe.
